Ingredients:vegetables oil, thick broad-bean sauce,chilli,chinese prickly ash, ginger,garlic, ,cook wine ,glutamate chicken stock,common salt,spicery,sugar ,potassium sorbate.
Cooking method :
1.clean and cut 0.8-1kg of fish into slices or lumps,mix well with salt and cooking wine(It is ready to use in about 30 minutes).
2.pour about 0.8kg of water or bone soup into a pot,add a bag of this product and cook till boiling(This product does not need to be fried)
3.Add the prepared fish slices or lump and cook aroud 1-3 minutes,sprinkle some chopped garlic chives on the surface of fish,then it is ready to serve.
Notice:The products can also be used to season fried dishes and noodle food.
